Effective: 10 August 2026
Adult audience
This website is intended for people aged 18 and over. By using the site or sending a voyage request, you represent that you meet this minimum age. Higher age restrictions may apply to particular destinations, bookings, bars, casinos or other onboard venues.
Information, not confirmation
Website content is general travel information and an invitation to enquire. Route concepts, descriptions and indicative fares are not booking confirmations, contractual offers or guarantees of availability. A journey is not secured until the relevant terms are supplied, required payments are made and confirmation is issued through the applicable arrangement process.
Indicative fares
Prices shown are planning references per adult guest. Actual fares may change with date, duration, cabin or suite category, occupancy, availability, taxes, added services, currency movements and operator rules. Any specific quotation should state its own inclusions, validity and conditions.
Third-party operators
Cruises, transport, accommodation, excursions, travel protection and other journey components may be delivered by independent operators. Their terms, safety procedures, schedules, cancellation rules and eligibility requirements apply to their services. Names and descriptions of route concepts on this site do not imply an official partnership.
Itinerary changes
Weather, port decisions, operational needs, public requirements and other circumstances can alter a voyage before or during travel. Ports, times, activities and onboard facilities must be confirmed with the relevant operator and remain subject to change.
Casinos, bars and restricted venues
A casino may be present on selected vessels as one optional form of evening entertainment. Access to casinos, bars and other restricted venues depends on guest age, operator policy, itinerary waters and applicable law. Nothing on this site presents gaming as a source of income or promises any outcome.
Responsible use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading material. Site content and original visual identity may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where law allows.
Limits
Reasonable care should be taken to keep the information useful, but the site may contain omissions or become outdated. To the extent permitted by law, Majestic Marine Escapes is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for acts, omissions and changes controlled by independent operators. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
